Specific Proferred Paper Abstract Submission Guidelines
Conference registration is mandatory for Workshop/Paper & Poster Presentation / Attending Scientific Sessions.
Registration for the conference and either life or provisional membership in IRIA is mandatory for presenting authors.
Abstracts that have been previously published or presented elsewhere are not eligible for submission.
Abstracts must be submitted online through www.iria2026.com Submission through any other modes is not accepted.
The abstract is limited to a maximum of 300 words (excluding title, authors and affiliations).
Abstracts should be submitted in English only.
Submit abstracts as a Word document, using a 12-point font size in either Times New Roman or Arial, as specified in the headings in the web portal.
The title should be in sentence case, with minimal use of abbreviations. (Expand the abbreviations at their first usage in the abstract).
The first author must be the presenting author. Each abstract may include up to 5 co- authors and should mention the institution.
A maximum of 4 abstracts (2 papers and 2 e-posters) per author will be accepted for submission.
Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
Only postgraduates will be considered for competitive papers. Authors must indicate if their paper should be considered for the prize paper (competitive) category.
Ensure all changes, corrections, and proofreading are completed before submission.
No changes to the abstract’s content or authorship will be permitted after final submission.
The work submitted must be original and unpublished. If any material (text, images, graphs, charts etc.) is borrowed from other sources, authors are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the scientific committee and evaluated based on scientific and potential clinical value, originality, and impact.
Abstracts rejected for oral paper presentation and converted to posters should follow the poster submission guidelines.
First three best papers will be given attractive prizes
Free accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days during the conference will be provided for the authors of the top 25 paper abstracts.
Abstracts of the top 25 papers will be printed in the souvenir, and the names and titles of all other accepted papers will also be included.
To withdraw your abstract after the final submission date, please inform the paper committee through iria2026abstract@gmail.com.
Acceptance, rejection, or change of category status will be communicated through iria2026abstract@gmail.com..
The decision of the scientific committee regarding acceptance, rejection, or conversion to a poster is final. No reviews, revisions, or influences will be entertained.
PAPER PRESENTATION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The presentation should reflect the contents of the abstract. Substantial deviations or failure to present may result in necessary actions as decided by the scientific committee.
Sources of borrowed material must be clearly labeled in the slides, including full citations for any copyrighted material.
Prepare all presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 or later.
Presentations may include a maximum of 16 slides including title, conclusion and references.
File size should not exceed 20 MB. Only the name of the presenting author should appear in the presentation.
Patient confidentiality must be protected. Do not include names, hospital numbers, or any other identifying information in the presentation. Appropriate consent must be obtained.
Use a dark or black background with clear fonts and high-quality images in all presentations.
Illustrations, images, and photographs should be enlarged sufficiently to show relevant details.
Ensure there is no conflict of interest. By sending the slides, consent is given for uploading the material for learning purposes on the IRIA website.
Details of the session time and hall number will be provided closer to the conference date once accepted.
The duration of a proffered paper presentation is 6 minutes.
Competitive paper presentations will have a duration of 8 minutes, with an additional 2 minutes for discussion at the judges’ discretion.
